The administration also is studying 25 per cent tariffs on imported vehicles, also based on national security concerns. Those tariffs would raise prices, slow auto sales and could cut U.S. economic growth in half by 2020, Nagle said. Other countries also are likely to retaliate on imports from the U.S.

Can't.

Canada is a National Security risk to the United States.

We weren't going to invite them anyhow, they want no part of it.

Plus Toronto? Really?

How about Kelowna. Or Vancouver.

Hell Regina over Toronto.

Connections and Infrastructure. Vancouver has no major highway, Kelowna has no major international airport. Regina rhymes with Vagina.

Trump isn't smart enough to see both sides of his decisions.

He keeps talking about taxing cars coming from Canada, with zero understanding that this will affect the US in a huge way too.

So far the guy keeps defying the pundits and critics so I suppose we'll see how this works out, won't we?

Maybe you'll be right. We'll see.

Trump administration sees a 7-degree rise in global temperatures by 2100

Last month, deep in a 500-page environmental impact statement, the Trump administration made a startling assumption: On its current course, the planet will warm a disastrous 7 degrees by the end of this century.

A rise of 7 degrees Fahrenheit, or about 4 degrees Celsius, compared with preindustrial levels would be catastrophic, according to scientists. Many coral reefs would dissolve in increasingly acidic oceans. Parts of Manhattan and Miami would be underwater without costly coastal defenses. Extreme heat waves would routinely smother large parts of the globe.

But the administration did not offer this dire forecast as part of an argument to combat climate change. Just the opposite: The analysis assumes the planet’s fate is already sealed.

I'm already right.

Ask your farmers how his war with China is going? You're already having to step in with 12 billion to bail them out.

His policies are failing already.
