The shorter version of that rant should be "it was done by the Saudis, who are Friends Of Trump, therefore we have no objection and actively support what happened to Khashoggi, and we certainly won't care when it happens again".

The only one with blinders on are those who refuse to see that this is a re-run of the lethally toxic European politics of the 1920's and 30's, being repeated in a super-powered and nuclear-armed modern United States. Same cretinous and outright evil tribal leaders deliberately appealing to and stoking the absolute worst urges and instincts in their supporters, and the exact same deluded followers drooling at the prospect of bloodshed. November 8, 2016 - the end began here. And that is not hyperbole or "outrage" or whatever else it's being brushed off as. Those of us who know actual real history know that this has all happened before and we know that it's all happening again right in front of us.

You'll see. When it comes to the final results and history's judgement, Trumps ignorant and unjustifiable trade war against our country, your country too BTW, that very few of the self-proclaimed CKA conservatives around here had any objection at all to, will be the least worst thing that he does.

Amazing how many right-wingers who wanted to turn the entire Middle East into radioactive glass when Bush and Obama were in office all of a sudden are "hey, hands off the Saudis, what do you haters have against them?!?!?" now that Dear Leader (with his numerous business deals with the Arabs) is in charge. $1: U.S. President Donald Trump says he will pull the United States from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty with Russia.
Trump says Moscow has violated the agreement, but provided no details.
The 1987 pact helps protect the security of the U.S. and its allies in Europe and the Far East. It prohibits the United States and Russia from possessing, producing or test-flying a ground-launched cruise missile with a range of 500 to 5,500 kilometres.
"Russia has violated the agreement. They have been violating it for many years," Trump said after a rally in Elko, Nevada, on Saturday. "And we're not going to let them violate a nuclear agreement and go out and do weapons and we're not allowed to."
The agreement has constrained the U.S. from developing new weapons, but America will begin developing them unless Russia and China agree not to possess or develop the weapons, Trump said. China is not currently party to the pact.
"We'll have to develop those weapons, unless Russia comes to us and China comes to us and they all come to us and say 'let's really get smart and let's none of us develop those weapons,' but if Russia's doing it and if China's doing it, and we're adhering to the agreement, that's unacceptable," he said.
