Im sure it does.. I was in new york city and an elderly asian woman was stabbed.. the only people who came to her aid was tourists from canada... sad commentary... people are treated worse than animals..

I saw this and thought about posting it. I just didn't want the usual Canadian response of "we are better then them because".

In truth what this should represent is that we westerners have no moral high ground to condemn and attack other people.

They have their faults and so do we.

What happened was disgusting.

It could happen here just as easily. The vast majority of Americans are appalled and the vast majority of Americans would have helped. We don't see all the videos of them helping each other do we?

This video just indites western society of any moral high ground when dealing with other nations but it does not indite the average American of the good life they pursue.

If a similiar video were produced of Canadian origin would we all then accept blame and agree that we are all like that?

How about I give you a story...

It happened right here in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada.

A grandfather and his grand-daughter we're in a parking lot. Suddenly, the grand-daughter (around 6 years old) darts out into traffic. The grandfather runs after, and suddenly suffers cardiac arrest.

He collapses on the street. The girl is fine.

People drive around him as he struggles for life in great pain. No one stops to help.

Eventually two very old woman find the child and help the man.

He lived, thankfully.

But people are disgusting everywhere you go.
