An out of control dog is an out of control dog whether it weights two pounds or two hundred.

I'm tired of people letting their toy breeds bark and run wild because they're so small.

Yes I agree that an aggressive dog is not a good thing, but the guy could have picked the little bastasrd up and brought it to the owner....kicking it through the goal post of life is a little extreme in this case with this particular dog.

I don't think the 2-month old kid will suffer any trauma.

Hell, those ankle biters should be banned.

It doesn't seem like it would take a very hard kick to take out one of those suckers. What part of natural selection allowed for their continued survival anyway?

The fact they are cute, or people think they are cute, thats the only reason I find that the species still exists.

I have a 'small yappy dog' which I am quite attached to.

Equation: 1 dead pocket-rat = 1 less utility worker!

You think an animals life is worth as much as a mans life?

I've got a wee little Dachshund and I agree the little basturd can be a handful.

See his dad here using mind control on this helpless German general:

I have never had any use for any aggressive animal no matter what the size or how cute someone might think the animal is. Been my small dog it would have been put down if the Utility worker hadn't got the job done.

I'm just a backwoods farmer and was brought not to give my problems to someone else but to handle them myself.

No animal is worth a humans life no matter how worthless that human is.

I have been known to go out of my way also to protect a helpless animal that was doing no harm.

He kicked the dog and it died. It was not murder.
