You need to remember that every federal party has been buying the votes of Ontario and Quebec since confederation.

lol, kinda interesting - particularly when you have a province that has habitually and historically been a taker - then, when they no longer receive due to financial fortune(s), they don't want to give.

What's with that I ask. . . . We're "habitual" takers? Huh? Does anyone have a chart on historic equalization payments? *(I have one but I don't think it's accurate).
