Shaking hands with a handful of western Liberals isn't going to make the puffin professors party any more acceptable to the west.

Aside from his inability to speak English, the Green Shift (NEP-Mk2) was one of the main reasons why the Libs tanked in the west.It's also why there was so much hatred against the coalition, because it would have forced Dion, and his green delusions, back upon us.

Please. You made this big deal last week about how Ignatieff wasn't here for the NEP, among other things, and now you're trying to smear him with it. Hack. And now you're trying to foist upon him the failings of his predecessor (not that that's anything new for you though). But really, they're both the same thing. Ignatieff's a Liberal, Liberals past did things you didn't like, therefore Ignatieff carries the accumulated baggage of almost 30 years of hurt feelings.

But god forbid anyone should bring up things like the Mulroney/Schreiber affair and try and pin that on Harper. That would be unfair.
