Fascinating reading! I can only hope that you are not proven correct, my friend! The Harper Conservatives are not the Progressive Conservatives of Stanfield, McDonald, Crombie or Davis; they are not even the Reform Party of Preston Manning, but something far far more dangerous. I only hope all Canadians get out and vote for a huge change in Ottawa, to defeat this party and restore some sanity to Canadians lives. Only less than the 1% benefit (86 families, as E.May stated). The rest have been struggling under globalization for many many years! Well said!
