As far as I know, the one thing that’s very rare on TV is child murder. I can think of scenes from Breaking Bad and of course, GoT, where it’s happened. But it’s far from norm.

Specifically showing the child being killed? I wouldn't be shocked if there are rules against it on most normal broadcast stations (like with swearing and nudity). For shit like netflix or HBO, comedy specials joke about it all the time.

Just got finished watching the spectacle taking place at the Kavanaugh vs Ford hearings today. Talk about high drama. It was at times shocking to watch as some Senator's totally lost their cool almost to the point of frothing at the mouth. Kavanaugh's toast, IMO.

Saw the second episode of "Manifest" last night and it predictably blew chunks.

I won't be bothering with it anymore.

I also saw about 20 minutes of "God Friended Me" and it was a rehash of "Person of Interest" but without the excellent writing or great acting.

I think I had moved on already.

I'm watching The Gifted tonight.

I don't watch much network but this season I'll push myself to watch Big Bang, just because it's the last season.

Young Sheldon has me hooked...so that one too.

Mrs. Bart stopped watching TBBT but she still likes Young Sheldon. I'm indifferent to both programs.

"Chef's Table", Season 5. Yea, yea, it's about 'food'. But not really. Food is just the medium to deliver a message. It's also about technique, engaging farmers, research, experience, culture . . .so many things go into a meal that it's really not just a meal. It's also a very visually stunning show.
