Jeez Thonas you made me feel ancient. From the days before "comic book stores" when they were everywhere, the Chinese corner store, the drug stores, even the supermarket had racks of comics than just Archie beside the tills.... :(

Aren't they doing that to all the Jonas brothers now? If not IMO they should be.

Any D-list celebrity that worked for Disney when they were a kid comes across like they spent ages 10 thru 17 trapped in a locked room being fed fish heads for sustenance whenever they weren't touring malls performing in front of massive herds of screaming young girls. But at least their parents got paid extremely well after they signed them over to the studio.

Sportsnet is showing some "classic" NHL games to fill in time slots lately. Just watched the 1 hour condensed game of Edmonton vs Philadelphia from Dec 30th 1981. The one where Gretzky scored 5 goals to reach the 50 goals in 39 games. They showed the post-game interview with him as well.

So trippy to see:

- So many players playing without wearing helmets
- No advertising on the boards or on the ice
- No multi-angle camera views
- Not seeing the score, time remaining, shots on goal etc displayed on the screen

It was pretty awesome and entertaining.

The series, The Magicians has ended.

Not sure if I want to go Ahhh, or Yay.

Didn't mind the finale. Goofy but fun.

I find virtually all tv and movies kinda trippy these days. All those people touching each other, hanging out in groups, going places....

Just weird

Watched an episode of the series Plot Against America on the tube and decided to binge the rest on Crave.
Pretty good, but seems to stall on Episode 4. I thought there were supposed to be 6 episodes.
