Like I said before the Liberals(and most other politicians) are crooks..... that's a given and they don't deny it. The CPC complained about this sense of entitlement and actively campaigned claiming they were going to change things and end the corruption They were elected based on these promises to change things. They've done SFA, and have themselves become that which they derided. If the Dauphin gets elected things won't change, as that little fuck is just fresh paint on the same broken down Liberal junker.

As opposed to Liberal expense shenanigans in the Senate though, the one with Duffy kind of got solved when that dude in the PMO cut the cheque and paid back Duffy's expenses. Duffy expensed $90K that he shouldn't have but someone paid the bill back to the treasury for it. Can't recall, even, when a Liberal ever coughed up any dough in compensation for when their scheming or ridiculous belief in their own endless entitlement led them to rip off the taxpayers.

Yes, Duffy's situation is far worse. That's why he's been most scrutinized. Wallin has likely been more scrutinized than Harb because Wallin is a celebrity as well as a senator. There's more interest in her situation because everyone knows who she is. There's also the fact that Wallin has had multiple run-ins with questionable expenses, and the amount she apparently misappropriated is much more than Harb (something like $350K versus $50K).

It only seems partisan to you because you're a partisan hack. Those of us without a dog in this fight see it more objectively.

I'd be tempted to toss out a buffalo Nickle if you can find a poster here excusing the Liberal senator. One must continue to go back to the fact that the PMO cut a cheque, ie hush money for Duffy. Not just dumb, buddy, but potentially illegal. Hence the RCMP investigation.

The Liberal senator was not afforded such a grand political favour.

That's the difference between the two. Not a partisan issue, but purely a perspective issue.
