Why are you asking me? I wasn't there. If I had to guess I would say the police didn't have enough evidence to charge him, and if the NDP are still letting him run it's because they don't really count as a party anyway. I'm just waiting to hear what Rev will say since he was so quick to comment on some of the stupid things the Conservative candidates have done. Don't the NDP check into who they are letting run for their party?

What's to respond to Lily? It's a 12 year old story about a guy who went skinny dipping. I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing he was likely drunk at the time, since that kind of lapse in judgement doesn't happen to sober people very often. Hey, now you have two 12 year old scandals.

Except neither the parents of the teens or the police thought it was serious enough to press charges. Not a big deal.
