The star of my Christmas morning was Adam Smith's "The Wealth of Nation" in hardback.
I also got some movies, clothes, a
staple-free stapler, a
set of headphones, and some logic puzzles along with the usual overlarge assortment of chocolate treats.
My favorite thing I gave was a Hello Kitty DVD, wrapped elaborately into a sled shape, and given to a 28-year-old husband and father of a 10-month-old son. It took him 15 minutes to unwrap. Best gag gift ever. (I got him a real gift, too.)
I'm pretty happy with what I got, but those who didn't can also consider this thread to be about
