As you may have noticed, I have not updated in a few days. My life outside of Filibuster has been insanely busy. I run the elections for the student government at my university, and am editor of the school paper at another university. So It's been pretty intense with all the back-and-forth... plus my studies.

So I thought I'd ask you guys to make some suggestions, because I haven't really been following the news too closely lately. What do you think is toon worthy?

You could do a "What if they held an election and no one came?" joke about the off-year election in most cities and counties in the USA this November.

Australia's federal election is coming up. There might be some comic fodder there.

You could use Halloween as an excuse to do something unrelated to politics, social commentary or video games or Zombie Saddam. Though maybe the Republican elephant dressed as Goldilocks is your Halloween tribute for the year...

Try another one on corruption in Africa. Your last one of Bob Geldof performing to a crowd of corrupt African dictators was priceless.

Mocking the Swedes is fair game as well.

Australia's election is a good bet, British PM's flip flopping over his manifesto commitment to hold a referendum on the EU treaty is another good one too.

Also, maybe a cartoon expressing your bemusement as to why New Zealand went into state funeral & national mourning mode for a few weeks earlier this month might be fun.
