Many modern historians have started to talk about just one World War. In many ways WW2 is just a continuation of the WW1.

Like who?

Other historians argue that WW1 was not a World War at all. Indeed, it was much more localized fighting even then, say, the US Civil War. But others on this thread just can't seem to get past the notion that history is NOT facts. And it's our conjecture that makes it fun!

I bet you can't name one either.

Sure I can. I eat lunch a couple of times a week with one. Do your own research.

Eating your lunch while surfing the internet can hardly be considered research. Bloggers aren’t historians either no matter what “they” tell you.

Hey, i was just hoping he'd back up "Indeed, it was much more localized fighting even then, say, the US Civil War." That's fanciful dreck, but he doesn't work in "facts" so whatever he says is, by his own omission, suspect. Great fun, huh?

How many world wars?
