Alright, I've always found it interesting how different areas had different generic names for soft drinks, but I've never found accurate statistics for Canada. So, let's try it here. So leave what you picked, and where you're living now.

I had to put other. I grew up calling it Pop, but due to frequent trisp to NJ I've caught myself calling it Soda recently.

I grew up in BC/Alta. I now live in Petawawa Ontario.

I call it "Yuk".
The only carbonated drink I have is (you guessed it) beer.

I worked in a theater between the ages of 15 and 18.
I could have as much coke, 7-up and popcorn that I wanted.
I think I over saturated myself at the time and my body reacts violently even at the sight of these things today. PDT_Armataz_01_32

8O 8O I'm in the US lots and live only 30 minutes from the border. I can't ever remember hearing them use the term "pop." It's always been "soda" unless referring to the brand name.Interesting.........

I used to know a girl who lived near Huntsville in Alabama. They called everything "coke." Kinda like how a lot of Brits call all vacuum cleaners "Hoovers."

Its pop. unless I want to refer specifically to Coke. Never call it soda unless I am in the States and they get confused when I say pop.
