An entertaining game in Winterpeg tonight. Great to see the Redblacks are going to be competitive in their first season.

Start planning the parade route Rosie, just good to see the 2 sad sack teams of the last few years win their season openers.

 Nice to be at the top half of the standings for a change!
Let's hope this is the beginning of a very prosperous year.

Its been tough to be a bomber fan for a lot of reasons. The win against the Argo's last week was impressive. This week they they totally impressed with a come from behind win.

The Bomber fans are out of the closet...I see people of the Peg dusting off their Bomber wear...hats etc: and wearing them proudly again.

Go Bombers Go

Hope my boys fair better than the Lions did tonight.
They're gonna have to pull their socks up right quick like though. They're pretty sloppy so far.

Which might mean the Banjo Bowl should be a sellout instead of a few thousand Bomber Fans watching Rider Fans party. [B-o]

But before they get to big a head from their impressive 2 game win streak I'd suggesting waiting till they play Sask, Calgary or even Edmonton before picking out the Grey Cup Parade Route.

The Lions lost tonight for two reasons against the Al's.

1: Undisciplined play leading to stupid penalties
2: The offensive line: who got schooled by the Al's defensive line. No protection for the Leo's QB's.

Their specialty teams did well and their D played a solid game.

Missed one....
3: They come on the field and the theme to "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" starts playing.

After that first win, the Esks came out tonight as if they thought they just needed to show up for the next 17.

Freakinoldguy

I picked the Bombers to win maybe 5 games this year. They impressed me with their 2 wins.

I wasn't impling they should hand over the Grey Cup.

Hey an Eskie fan, I know where your coming from.

Maybe Bomber fans can have that parade right in downtown Vancouver while walking back to their hotel rooms after the Grey Cup.

Just have to keep in mind that any team can get their a$$ handed to themselves on any given night.

Holy Crap..... The Riders played worse against the Argo's than the Ti-Cats did against them. You do have to love the CFL for that, Hero's to Zero's in one week and who knows what next week will bring....
