Well the pre-season has already begun so time to get this thread started.

Who will it be this year?


I have tickets already to the Lions 1st home game and hope to see a MUCH better season than last year was.

Before last season started, I was very hopeful that my Bombers would win the Grey Cup. This off-season, the Bombers made some VERY good moves in free agency and whatnot, and now I'm EXTREMELY hopeful that this season, they'll pull it off.

It's been waaaaay too long.....

Yes, CP....we have sucked long and often, but us diehard Rider fans will never give hope that we will once again have our moment in the sun.

Watching Redblacks play the Als in their pre-season match-up. Trevor Harris just went down and had to be helped off the field........looked like he was in some difficulty.

We were one play away from a Grey Cup last year and I'm pretty sure we're a better team this year so yeah, we've got as good a chance as anybody of hoisting the Grey Cup in November.

I do believe that Coach Jones has finally found the defense he's been working towards all this time. They have shone tonight - Charleston Hughes has a hat-trick in sacks, what a great addition to the D. Zach took awhile to settle in but has been pretty solid throughout the last part of the first and half of this one so far.

Riders lead 14 - 4 midway through the 2nd Q. Rockin' the Night so far.

They say the front line has been improved. That was the problem last year. The bad guys were going through the front line like grass through a goose. Blooffft, and then the quarterback was down. It was frustrating to watch.
