A 5-article series by Sport's Illustrated's "Monday Morning Quarterback" section includes features from the MMQ staff travelling north of the border for Week 1 games and also articles by guest writers Marc Trestman and Doug Flutie. Players who have played in both leagues are quoted.

Great read for anyone interested in the American perspective of our Canadian game.

Thanks for posting that. As an old man who remembers when the CFL rivaled the NFL for salaries and top players, seeing the Americans discover our game again through the eyes of new CFL fans like Peter King and his staff brought back alot of pleasant memories.

As for the nay sayer's and whiners who complained about the CFL getting any coverage. I hope you enjoy your overhyped, overexposed, billion dollar Wal-Mart version of football where money is king because, we Canadian football fans will be up here enjoying the game for what is, not what it's worth. In my opinion the CFL is a vastly more entertaining game than what passes for football in the No Fun League. 8)
