I say one word and the next person rhymes with it. For example:

Me: Tiffany.

Next person: Epiphany.

I will start it off:

Orange.

For a word to rhyme, only the last syllable must rhyme: the only exception are two syllable words where if two are paired all syllables involved must rhyme.
