- Trevor Hurst, the lead singer of the band Econoline Crush, is one of my distant cousins.
- I was almost named after a famous hockey player. (send me a private message if you'd like to know who)
- I was born in Calgary.
- I'm a huge fan of Linkin Park.

That's all for now, care to add to the thread anyone?

Am studying political science to become this nation's next PM, should my goal of becoming a pilot fail...

Have for three years now, been designing new vehicles and equipment for militaries around the world.....

Have been working with 2 friends of mine on finding out how to implement an inexpensive and effective system/device for water desalination. Our test subjects have been seagulls. (I've never done so much biology in my life.)

Helen Hunt is my cousin on my mother's side.

In my cousin's family, one of his cousins is one of the blue men of the Blue Man Group.

Pierre Burton screwed up my grandfather's wedding.

My uncle has played with Jann Arden, Bruce Cockburn, K.D. Lang, and is currently playing with Natalie McMaster.

On my dad's sided, we descend from indigenous Ecuadorians, who overthrew the Inca in Peru.

My middle name is cosmo.

Have been in two bands and have played as far south as Florida. I play drums.

I like marksmanship.

Am learning to become a goalie.

My dad had a cousin who was on the USS Arizona at Pearl Harbour. He was an A/A turret gunner and miraculously he survived, and fought on through the war, during which time he became a USN Diver and was allowed to return to the AZ and clean out his own locker. 8O
Nothing to do with me really, just a cool story off the top of my head. 8)

I was kidnapped by shriners when I was four years old and forced to work as a mechanic of their miniature cars (small hands as a kid). I escaped in 2002 and moved to Nova Scotia with my dentist's wife, where we learned to speak english and opened a taxidermy shop, while I moonlighted as an accountant (Taxidermy & Taxes, I called it).

I was deported back to my country in 2004.

I've since illegally immigrated back to Canada, and I'm working as a rice cooker in a Tai restaurant while finishing my education.

I'm engaged to the dentist's wife (Francesca), and we're getting married this April.

My Opa fought in the Dutch rebellion during the war but never spoke a word about it until I joined the service.
