Get a second opinion. Often if the tumour is inoperable the doctor suggests living your remaining time without radiation or chemotherapy which is extremely hard on the body, and why spend your precious remaining time sick and in bed.

My wife had cervical cancer three times (beginning stages). Cancer can be beaten, don't lose hope.

You're in Bulgaria. ?

You need a second opinion, from a doctor that wants you to live.
Find a young doctor, the old doctors still think cancer is automatic death.

Depends how advanced it is, ask about surgery, chemo, and radiation therapy.

And yes, chemo sucks.

Find another doctor.

When my next door neighbour's kid was 19, he got Non-Hodgkin, Lymphoma. He was treated with 6 rounds of chemo and surgery. He is alive and kicking now, and 25. Yes, he was sick for a couple of days after each round of chemo. But hell, if I had to choose, NO treatment is NO option.
Get treatment. Cancer does not mean death.

I have a couple of friends that survived inoperable cancer. And yeah, while chemo may be scary, there are drugs and suppliments available these days that are relatively effective at combatting the side effects of chemo, And NO, I don't necessarily mean weed lol.
Hang tough, you can beat this. Your biggest asset is a positive outlook and the belief you WILL beat it.
