well had a three egg omlette for breakfast with feta, spinach, onions, peppers, mushrooms and sausage for a fillings. I covered this with salsa. Also had a piece of rye toast(w. an olive based margarine) and a cup of coffe with cream. Now onto my first litre of water. By the end of the day I usually consume 3.5 to 4 litres of water, but I've still managed to lose a further 4kg this week . no more meds at all. Walking plus a 10 K bike ride seems to be all the exercise I need, on top of my morning swim. The bike is a statioanry bike, so I can watch TV, read or correct papers while I do it. No A/C and just a fan does help break out the sweat too. Only down side so far is since i've added macadamia nuts as my snack of choice...well...I don't need to be descriptive.
