The kind of sociopath that cares only about money and themselves. For Wall St. the concern is only money. They would have people sacrifice themselves so that quarterly profits stay strong.
For Trump and his cult, he doesn’t care for anyone other than himself. You could add a zero to the current death total and he still wouldn’t give damn insofar as it made him look bad. Trump never was interested in minimizing the virus’s spread. All he cared about was minimizing how bad it would hurt his re-election chances. And the boot-licking Republican governors in the US followed suit and now they’re paying with their citizens lives. And only now are places like Texas and a few other GOP run states beginning to institute mandatory mask orders. Many days late and dollars short.
