Our Juniors are ahead 4 - 0 with just over 8 minutes left in the 2nd including 2PP goals and a short-handed goal but they were really dozy in the first and have been spending a lot of time in the box . Latvians not sitting on their heels - giving Canada a good game so far.

Hart just let in a short-handed goal for Latvia - no shut-out for him.......though he was great in the 1rst P stopping a few flurries by the Lats - he hasn't seen much action in the 2nd.

I wasn't unhappy to see Latvia get one or even two - was more concerned that Hart let in a short-handed one after stopping so many shots in the 1rst.

Yeah, Finland is a big surprise to me too - don't know what's up with their team - really surprising collapse considering they are the reigning champs.
