Boy, look at the consequences of taking bad penalties in overtime periods like Boston did last night.

Pailles penalty was deserved but that second call was questionable considering everything else they let slide in OT. That being said, the Habs should buy Price a case or two of whiskey as he stole that game for them.

In fact, Price should have been named all 3 stars last night. Brilliant performance.

Habs were outplayed from start to finish. Price kept them in that game and was the clear MVP.

Agreed that Price had an amazing game, but I really didn't think the Bruins outplayed the Habs all game. I thought they owned the third period for sure and the first ten minutes of the first, but the middle thirty minutes I'd have to give the edge to the Canadians actually. OT was pretty even, but I'd give the edge to the Bruins.

Either way, this is going to be a great series.

I remember another goalie that used to do that for us, a few years ago.

Goalie has to steal a couple of games once in a while for a team to be successful.

That's why I never watch that channel nowadays.

Rogers Sportsnet may not be as polished, but I there coverage tends to be a little more even.

About the only time I watch them is when a game is on that I really want to watch and isn't available anywhere else.

Nice - I got destroyed in my draft.

I'm hoping for Montreal, Anaheim, Pittsburgh and Minnesota.

I'm hoping for Boston.

If they get eliminated I couldn't give a rats ass who wins. I refuse to jump on a bandwagon. 8)

As I said, hoping.

The only team that has me even a little interested in is Anaheim because of Selanne (my favourite player). I suppose it would be nice to see a Canadian team in the finals too, even if it the Habs, who are my least favourite Canadian team. :?

The Montreal-Boston series is going to be an interesting one. I can so see it being decided in game 7 OT...

Hard to imagine Montreal being successful when they give up 50+ shots a game (granted it was over 4+ periods). Price was incredible, but it's a lot to ask for a guy to stand on his head every game in order to win.

Will be a great series (they always are) but Bruins in 6 or 7. I just think the number of chances and Bruins' size will wear Montreal out, but I'm sure they'll battle to the very end.

Ah...more Toronto 'Penis Envy'.

Higher ratings and more viewers gets the big channel. It's simple economics. That game had a record audience on TSN for a Raptors game. It had more viewers than either of the game 7's on that same evening.
