Alright, they are almost upon us, time to make widows out of wives and girlfriends who don't watch. Going to run this poll. Try to back up your pick with your reasoning other than "Cause the Leafs rule" (lol)
I personally am dying for the puck to drop on the post season.

I included the current front runners, please add your pick in your post if the did not make the poll.

I gotta go with my boys in Bean town. Though I have had my heart broken more times than I care to count, I think that if they get on a roll like before the All Star game, they are a force to be reckoned with. I am praying Montreal holds onto eitgh so we can shake that monkey off our backs and stomp those diving pussies once and for all.

Well, of all the polls I've ever done on this site, this one was the easiest. Vancouver all the way. I don't mind beating the Bruins in the Stanley Cup finals though.

Is anyone feeling sorry for Toronto yet? Man what a train wreck that organization is.

My final four are Detroit, Calgary, NJ and Pittsburgh, with Chicago and Washington as my 'darkhorse' (yes, I realize the Caps are having a good season) picks.

The Flames will be waiting for the snow to melt off of the golf courses.

I never feel sorry for Toronto :)

But they are playing well and Burke will make some nice moves in the offseason.
Montreal is the trainwreck! in their 100th anniversary!

I voted Jarome Jarome Jarome!!!

If Luongo plays to peak. If Sundin suddenly springs to life. If the supporting cast continues to support. It could be Vancouver. Big ifs, I know, but hey, it could happen. It's why people buy lottery tickets. I voted for Vancouver with my fingers crossed. I hope, I hope.

Canucks! Even if Sundin doesn't deliver Goals, if he keeps Kesler producing he's worth it.

Flames all the way, time to take back what was ours in '04.
Good all around team, scoring is there, goaltending is there and D can concentrate on stopping the opposing offence.

Having said that, I won't hold my breath, playoffs can go anyway and it's usually the long shots that make the finals.

To many ifs for Vancouver, Detroit is always a powerhorse but if we can matchup with them early in the post season we should beat them.
I'm only worried about consitency, can't have an "off night" in the playoffs.

Come on now, you can't tell me that almost every Canadian around wanted that goal to count  . I don't buy in to the conspiracy theories about keeping the cup in the states for the lockout  , but that was the one that would have won it for us.
So yes and no I guess to answer your question.
By the way, I didn't ssee your vote? Who's your pick

I like the Bruins chances, but all it takes is one injury to a key player, or a couple of bad games in a row and the next thing your doing is getting the golf clubs re-gripped!

I'd love to see a San Jose Boston final, just for the greeting Joe Thornton would get in Boston!
