Who do you think pulled off the best deal and why?

I think Calgary. They got a top centre and a solid d-man

Boston.

Just think of that: The Bruins who win the cup on the 100th anniversary of the Habs 8O

I think Calgary, but than again I am a Flames fan so my opinion is biast. I am sad to Lombo go but a top line center has been missing here for a long time. I am also happy to see Leopold back, I was sad to see him go a couple of years ago.

I think Calgary improved their team the most. Boston did okay. I'm just pissed my Nucks didn't do a damn thing. They're doing pretty well, but thhey didn't add anything for a long playoff run. We needed that good puck moving defenceman and maybe one more good two way second or third line forward.

I thought the Leafs picking up Gerber off waivers was the highlight (for me)...sending Leaf fans everywhere shaking their heads.

I'm far more biased, living in Edmonton :P . I'm not an Oilers fan, but I still enjoy seeing them do well. I think Edmonton pulled off a couple of smart deals, but I don't know if they'll be enough to do damage in the playoffs or not.

However, Calgary got the best forward and 2nd best d-man, so I have to give it to them.
