If and its a big if we look at adding another 100 million people we have to be smart about it.We have to add people that are willing to work and not use canada as a safety net.Right now there are one million people living in la that are canadian citizens why most are useing canada as a safety net.The other thing is some citys have to be off limits toronto/montreal/vancouver no new canadians should be allowed.Ottawa is the 4th place where new canadians go ottawa does not have to be off limits but we have to be careful and not go crazy on adding tons of people in the national capital area.
