So what about offering two "race-based" jobs for $14 an hour and getting ZERO applicants? Not a one.
The job had a timeline. 16 weeks in, 8 weeks behind schedule I used two white students to complete it.
Now twenty weeks later, the job's still posted as the students are going to school and still no applicants. I have had four potentials that dropped off "how to fill out a resume" forms from the local employment agency and told the receptionist that I had to fill them out so they could apply for welfare/EI. None even left their name and one was pissed off and got in an argument with me when I pointed out it was a form he had to fill out himself and enter into the computer program at the agency in order to make a resume.
The students I have from town are stupid enough. They were the only two of two dozen to submit an actual resume and listen to Mommy's suggestion to follow it up. I know because both Mom's wanted them out of the basement so bad they called and I told them to have the kids follow it up!

I feel genuinely sorry for anyone who has to hire some of these dolts who literally took Beavis & Butthead on as role models. Once again, thanks very much to the school system that keeps passing through a pack of retards who have to have velcro on their sneakers because they're too damn dumb to even tie shoelaces.
