Quebec culture is Canadian culture. Besides, I hear the government just gave Quebec a 1 billion windfall. Must pay to be a hostage in Canada.

China rules by fear yet doesn't have to hear whining and complaining, bribing and paying billions of dollars for a few votes and letting separatist parties have a say in the country's doings. Only in Canada....who is the hostage again?

Agreed. China is quite concerned with its image. Otherwise, why would they even want the Olympics? They go to extensive lengths to control their image, internally and externally.
