Exactly. hamas lobs rockets indiscriminately, and doesn't care who they hurt, kill or maim. For all they care it could be a group of preschoolers, or medical students or Arab Israelis(How many Jews are allowed to be citizens of Gaza or occupied Judea?).

Most of the time Israel does precision attacks that are intended to MINIMIZE collateral damage to innocents. They acknowledge the fact that there may be civilian deaths because Hamas imbeds themselves in hospitals, schools and residential buildings(as documented in the last police action by the IDF). hamas, because they have shoddy equipment could care less about 'collateral' damage as any dead or injured Israeli(Christian, Muslim, Druze or Jew) man, woman or child is a bonus.

Now on an aside, I personally believe that an Arab state, known as Palestine, will be declared and recognized by the UN(including Israel) within five years, and East Jerusalem will be its capital. However, I predict that it will disappear in 10 years due to civil unrest/war. The West Bank Arabs will be reintegrated into Jordan. Gaza...well Gaza will become a UN(or some international agency)'s welfare client....solely dependent on outside forces for food, water, infrastructure and security.

Excuse me? If Hamas is attacking Israel using unguided munitions, from civilian areas, how is it Israel's fault for the collateral damage? It would be one thing if Israel used the same tactics as Hamas, using unguided munitions to lay waste to a few neighborhoods whenever they pinpoint where a rocket is being fired from, but no, Israel uses both precision and restraint when it counterattacks. Civilian casualties are bound to happen when your enemy hides in civilian areas.

If Israel truly wanted to bomb innocent people, it has technological superiority to lay waste to Gaza indiscriminately, but instead, it attempts to use it's technological superiority in order to minimize civilian casualties.

Ahh, that's right, only the Palestinians are allowed to be aggressive though. I mean, they're only a few rockets, who cares if a few Israelis are killed or injured, right?

Also, you think that firing unguided rockets into Israel indiscriminately, with absolutely no care for what it hits somehow makes Palestinians hold the moral high ground? Israel does cause civilian deaths, but more because of the nature of Hamas' tactics of using the Palestinian civilian population as human shields for their attacks on Israel. Would you prefer Israel use its superior technology, only to engage in firing unguided munitions into Gaza? Of course not.
