I guess it all depends on who you believe, dosen't it.

You're a busy poster, arn't you. 8 posts all in one hour? All of them bait?

I don't believe Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Pakistan's foreign minister.

Did you happen to get incensed like now, when the Taliban came in force and took over a large number of Pakistani villages, instituting sharia law, radical muslim schools, and death and destruction to the peasants who didn't play along?

Qureshi told the Pakistani parliament: "Only innocent children and women were targeted.

Sounds like the Taliban to me.

I sure am busy, well bored actually. But I do have to go now, oh and it was Shah Mehmood that blamed Americans, it was actually the people that got shot and of course the witnesses that saw or heard the event taking place. If you don't believe the people then there is no use arguing this matter any further.
Before you go, you might want to check out any one of these 1320 vidoes containing footage of Taliban presence in pakistan:

When the government allows the enemy to hide among the innocent and the innocent get killed while trying to get the enemy that knows that innocents will get killed and add fodder to the media-driven campaign against the war, which is the goal they had from the beginning, you want to cry foul?

Taliban were not even noticed or known prior to 9/11, and now that they are known, everyone takes shots at them because they are different.

Not entirely true. At least the master-mind was known. Bill Clinton was contacted by the Pakastan government way before 9/11 and told him where Bin Laden was and that they were holding his jet and gave the US permission to blow him away but Clinton turned the offer down. He said it was the worst decision he made as president (or the worst besides the Lewenski debacle.)

Really? and this information comes from?

I have lots of Pakistani friends that have never mentioned any sort of oppression they faced or they heard of while they visited Pakistan. Just because a media channel gives you information doesn't mean its quite accurate. Understand the country you are talking about before you talk about it.

The Globe and Mail.

I'm sure you do. But given your blatent anti american statements in the previous posts it leads one to wonder where your sympathies lie and what exactly your friends from Pakistan do?

Interesting tone - how exactly should Canada "clean up" its backyard? This should be interesting.

lol, I don't think there is anyone in this world other then a few people, they wouldn't make "blatant anti American statements" actually it seems as if, anyone that makes "anti war" statements is also making a "anti American" statement.

Now, first off, please link this story in Global and Mail so we can all review it to see how much of it is true and what sort of manipulation took place. Because, I rather believe a national Pakistani then believe a piece of paper that was printed in the USA.

My friends, do what you do, they live, some are becoming doctors, others lawyers and some are actually becoming social workers in Canada. Their background or occupation has nothing to do with their credibility, since they have seeing their own nation with their eyes, yet you choose to believe a completely biased news paper that wouldn't publish a anti American article if their business depended on it.

I couldn't find the Globe article I refered to again but I did find this.

http://abcnews.go.com/International/sto ... 330&page=1

Nice to hear these people are becomming productive members of society, but the question remains. Would you believe a credible news source or people with a vested interest in making the US look bad?

After reading some of your posts, it's become quite apparent that since your arrival on this forum you've been actively lobbying for Muslim rights to be placed above things like Canadian Law and Canadian ethics.

So to answer my own question from above. I doubt very much that you'd believe anything that was written from "any" credible source and would rather believe the propaganda of radical Islam, since it furthers your goals.
