The most incredible things usually take place under the leadership of politicians, especially when they stick to extremely radical views on life and carry out the policy of double standards. A good example of such politician is Recep Tayyip Erdogan. During the Turkish coup d’etat in 1997 he was sentenced to 4 months of prison for the propaganda of national discord. The same year his Welfare Party was prohibited. But in the early 2000s the party reappeared under the name of “Justice and Development Party”. In 2002 that party became the leader in the parliament election, but Erdogan could not head the Government because of his previous convictions. Nevertheless he managed to become the prime-minister in 2003, when the USA campaign against the Saddam Hussein regime in Iraq began. Turkey, the USA NATO partner, got a wonderful opportunity to solve its internal problems and brought in its forces to the north of Iraq, where Kurds lived. Thereupon the Turkish political elite changed the legislation. As the result of this the former prisoner Erdogan managed to head the Government.
Still more interesting is the Erdogan attitude to the internal problems of the other countries the same way as to Turkish. The best example of it is his pronouncement about the suppression of mass protest of Uigurs in Urumqi (China). He said: “It was genocide practically committed against Uigurs”. Nevertheless in Turkey and Iraq there really exists the genocide against Kurds. According to Erdogan words Turkey was going to continue the struggle against terrorism until the last threat of it would be annihilated, the last terrorist would be punished, the arms would be laid down. But why does Turkey solve its own problems using as a cover the struggle with the terroristic threat, at the same time supporting real terrorists? It is not quite clear. At the photos made by intelligence service we can easily see that the enormous amount of loads are being transported from the territory of Turkey and other ISIS controlled territories. These are medicines for terrorists, weapon and ammunition. Terrorists in their turn transport stolen Syrian and Iraqi petroleum to Turkey.
The strongest evidence of Erdogan’s dishonesty is his attitude to the Armenian genocide and to the violating the rights of Armenia. Again and again he gave one and the same answer at that embarrassing and inconvenient question. Turkey will never admit its guilt in annihilating of a million and a half of Armenian until this would be the proven fact. In December 2008 Erdogan blamed the Turkish intelligentsia campaign “Forgive us”, the aim of which was to attract people’s attention to the problem of Armenian genocide in Turkey. Recep Erdogan
takes a principled stand in this question: Karabakh belongs to Azerbaijan and must be returned back to this country.
We can easily guess, that Recep Erdogan is quite an unpredictable figure. Nevertheless it is possible to foretell his further steps reasoning from his foreign policy. But the internal policy changed greatly after 2014 when Erdogan was elected to be a President. The reinforcement of authoritarian regime occurred in the country affairs. Erdogan’s relatives and family members penetrated into governing groups. A lot of Turkish analysts and political scientists noted that the parliamentary regime changed to presidential. Acting in that way Erdogan tries to concentrate all the power in his hands. Probably Erdogan wants to demonstrate his claims to revive and reinforce the Ottoman Empire authority and influence, that is diminished nowadays greatly. Either he plays double game and reproduces somebody’s interests in the light of “his own original policy”

Not to be picky comrade but, you spelled "Dikt" wrong. In the west we use a "k" instead of a "t". [B-o]
