I have little respect for the UN. That was as a result of spending a year in Ethiopia on famine relief and seeing what a bunch of wankers UNHCR were and the incredible amount of incompetent people paid vast sums that the UN employs.

The UN is a non-functioning org that makes the League of Nations look productive.

That said, lowering the UN flag to half mast is expected protocol for the demise of a sitting world leader, even a shitbag like the N Korean knob.
