I'm from Ontario, married, have 2 sons in university that thankfully (for me anyway) still live at home.

Woah, NB isnt that great.... Its cool you have good childhood memories, but I dont doubt that it is exactly the same as when you left. Nothing changes around here which I think is one of its many downfalls.
