I know these two have a bet going to the effect that neither of them will engage in personal attacks against anyone on CKA.

So do the negative reputation points that were recently placed against Xort for no stated reason aside from just keeping Xort in negatives (a personal attack, IMHO)...does this constitute a win for OTI?

Unlike my competitor, I don't run around insulting people and calling them names on a daily basis. Have I called people names? Sure...very few and far between.

It's been fun as I haven't changed my posting habits at all and still challenge and debate the usual suspects on their various agenda's and behaviors.

The only difference is that CKA has a little more decorum with it's most active poster not insulting people all the time.

Mostly it's drive by trolling at its most pedestrian. Nothing creative, nothing of substance, mostly indignation and certainly not a stitch of fun to be had.
