This one just annoy's the crap out of me, love the song but why they'd chose the Pogues, Shane McGowan and a song about death for a hockey mom commercial is beyond me.

There are lots of commercials I find annoying, it seems like they are designed to be that I guess. The ones I truely cannot stand are the completely idiotic ones. The ones that try to advertise a product by showing you some completely random shit that has nothing to do with the product so you have no idea what they are trying to sell you. Those are the ones that truely piss me off.

However there was one mastermind commercial I found hilarious and no not because it intended to be funny. It was one of those drug commercials. I forget what it was for but it was for some stupid non-important thing. The symptoms would go on forever and all of them were pretty severe. Things like diarea, severe headaches, to things like depression and suicide. All for some trivial shit. It's like taking a allergie pill for a minor itch all the while it gives you a headache, extreme diarea, depression which leads to your suicide. Atleast you're don't got that itch anymore.

Years ago the Advertising institute (who did the House Hippo ad) ran a fake drug ad, and I used to ROFL. During the side-effects voice over one was "Children born with the head of a dog".

It wasn't so much annoying as an unfortunate product name. Saw a commerical a few weeks back and haven't seen it since for a travel pillow called the "Head Wedgie".

The most annoying adverts on British TV at the moment are the confused.com adverts. Confused.com is a British price comparison website specialising in insurance and financial services.

Not only do the cartoon characters (which are a bit scary, especially the lead character who seems to pull a car and a laptop from her vagina) annoy me but so does the music - based on "Y.M.C.A." by the Village People for some bizarre reason.
