"Pretty" is a "pretty" meaningless measure. For example, if I ask two people how often they go to the movies, one may respond with "Not very often. I only go once a week". The second person may say "I go pretty often, maybe once a month."
"Pretty high" is also a relative term. For example, I'd say I'm pretty high right now but, likewise, I'm sure I've never been as high as you usually are.
And you missed the whole point of the question anyway because no matter how high an eagle may fly, you can always break a window with an axe.
