So... for all your bluster and bravado on you knowing so much more on this thread... it simply comes down to what you

Wow.

Then... what are the citizens doing about Caledonia? What are the citizens doing about Mowhawk lawlessness?
Glad you caught on. It's my opinion based what I've seen and heard on the ground. Your opinion is based on what you've read about the situation.
I think if that were to take place today, reaction would be different.
Citizens just got a nice fat 20 million settlement in Caledonia and the Ontario government is out between 35-50 million alone and we really can't afford to be paying out these settlements again.
Caledonia has been settled. The land is owned by the government now, people have been paid and it's an eyesore.

Nobody is doing anything about this OTI. It's been going on for 6 years in Caledonia and since the 1980's elsewhere in Canada.
Our leaders will only do the right thing when there is no other option.
There are obviously still other options that are viable, like ignoring the problem. Ignoring it is still working.
There's really nothing to do at this point. We (Ontario) owns the land, the builders and residents around have been paid and lawsuits have been settled, although I think there's one more still pending.
