Yes, you read "three" correctly. Order a hit on a president in order to preserve Israel's existence. Think about it. If I have thought of this Tom Clancy-type scenario, don't you think that this almost unfathomable idea has been discussed in Israel's most inner circles?

Another way of putting "three" in perspective goes something like this: How far would you go to save a nation comprised of seven million lives...Jews, Christians and Arabs alike?

You have got to believe, like I do, that all options are on the table.

I don't see why there's any fuss when opinion articles, movies, and rap songs proposing the assassination of George Bush were deemed to be acceptable forms of expression by the left.

If it is okay to make light of killing a Republican President then I'm not seeing the offense in making light of killing a Democrat.

And if this newspaper editor is prosecuted then I expect there to be an outcry to see the leftists who wanted Bush murdered to be prosecuted, too.

One group of mullahs no doubt wants Obama fatwa'd because they think he is a Sunni Muslim.

Another group probably wants him fatwa'd because he isn't a Muslim.

Yet another wants to lay down some Sharia justice because Obama admitted to smoking pot, eating pork, and drinking wine and beer. Not to mention arugula.

On the upside of things, the Iranians get brownie points for at least being smart enough not to mention it in public.

I sent this C-S*****R Adler a rather blistering Email telling him that whether he like Barak Obama is irrelevant he is our President and that his writing on this is disgusting and that I forwarded his column to The US Secret Service. They take things like this seriously.

I'm sure the Iranians have given this some thought, but they don't claim to be our friends.

It's quite the stretch that you want to implicate Israel with being involved in some nefarious plot against POTUS based on the opinion piece of one individual, an American by the way....or are jews not really Americans in your book?(Shades of American Catholics being agents of the Vatican) There's plenty of white 'Christian' Americans who have likely openly stated that they'd like to see Obama dead....or made that way because they believe he's a secret Muslim or merely because he's part black. Your own people are the ones your leaders need fear, not foreign agents

Good point about Israel and you are right I should at least want to to see something more before implicating another country in something like this.

As far as the other 'Christian' Americans or mentally ill individuals if they are stating the President should be assassinated then they should be explaining that to the US Secret Service as well.

I know an US Air Force General who is a very observant Orthodox Jew (who could put Benjamin Netanyahu to shame)and is about as right wing as Curtis LeMay. American Jews have fought in every war with distinction. My cousin was in a Prisoner of War Camp with some of them.

I do maintain though that if an American believes that it is an acceptable thought to assassinate a President to get a more compliant successor for ANY country or group policies is less than a 'good character'.
