Strutz Strutz:
Happy Thanksgiving to all!
I'll be dining on turkey tomorrow and enjoying it with a small collective of locals (who don't have family here) and a few contractors who are working up here and away from their families. We have the bird and potatoes and others are contributing the rest of the fixins'.
Just like how last Thanksgiving was. Should be fun.
Sounds like my daughters thanksgiving! She is in university and a bunch who couldn't get home had a get together at her place. She got a turkey and made mini pumpkin pies. Now she is planning leftovers and soups.
My youngest is now teasing his brother. He is going home today in time to go to my parents thanksgiving where my aunt will be with home made pies and home made whipped cream. So he gets two thanksgivings and my aunts baking which has been know to start family fights when her sons get to the baking before the out of towners do.
