Local officials have begun urging people in Florida to leave areas that could take a direct hit from Irma. Miami Dade County Mayor Carlos A. That's the Virgin Islands doing that and while it is legal under territorial law I fully expect the order to be challenged by the NRA and possibly the US Department of Justice.

Suspending the Constitution is never an option unless we're at war.
