This guy could claim his Grandfathers royalties from Mein Kampf, rebuild The Berghof in Bavaria. It would make a hell a nice summer home. As Tricks wrote in some ways it would be kind of neat, but at the same time it would suck.

These are two very different questions. It shouldn't, but it plausibly would. Grudges aren't always rational.

Grudges can go deep but his grandson is far removed from what opa did, but you do have a point in that grudges aren't rational and can go real deep.

I like to think that we as people have evolved beyond blood grudges but possibly not.
