No..Bob's Red Mill. I also use Trader Joe brand when it's in. I like the texture much better than traditional or instant. I can eat it cold and without any sweetener or milk....although I have cut some coconut sugar with Splenda as a rare treat. I only eat 1/2 cup servings...about 12 grams of carb with 2 grams of fibre, boosted with flax seed.
