Oh, and on another note, not to get off of what I've been listening to, but I would have to say that Combat Rock is an okay album by The Clash, but I think Sandidista(can't spell)and london calling are their best albums.

Yeah, Clash fans often have to agree to disagree! Some people say that Combat Rock was a sellout. Oh well. I still like "Overpowered by Funk"! :)

..I think I'm gonna play it again. I can almost see my co-workers rolling their eyes. Hehehe

One of my ex-coworkers used to play the "Moulin Rouge" soundtrack all the time. Used to drive the rest of us crazy!

I finally got started on what will be a tedious and time-consuming project: Transferring a bunch of old cassette tapes to CD. Fifteen down and about 80 to go! Right now I'm listening to "Me Right Now" by The Remains, Boston's answer to The Beatles. Groovy, man!

Nope, the old timey music didn't give away your old geezerness, the tapes did

Right now, I'm listening to Lionel Richie's latest cd-Just for you (it's not too bad if I don't put it on repeat :) )

Well you could definitely call me a "technogeezer", dknychic! Once I've done the tapes I'll have to get started on my collection of 78s! :D

Earlier this evening I was listening to "Power in Numbers" by Jurassic 5. Hey! That's relatively recent! :o

 78s are old vinyl records that go at 78RPM. I don't think any have been made in at least fifty years! Don't go dyeing your hair thinking you're slow - you're just not a technogeezer :!:

hmm... Now I'm thinking of 70s music... I think I'm going to put some Thin Lizzy on...

Thin Lizzy? Don't even wanna ask who that is...waaaay before my time I'm guessing

Just kidding I like old timey music too. For some reason, there just seemed to be more creativity back then.

Now, I'm listening to Come Home Soon- SheDaisy...yeah, really random!

Lps...jeez, you're more old fashioned than Freaker :!: :)

Listening to country Tim McGraw- Don't take the girl. Just got done listening to Rascal Flats-Bless the broken road

I don't know what's the deal with me and country music. A year ago, I wouldn't touch that stuff if my life depended on it, and one day, I sat down and really listened and was like wow! that's some serious story telling! now I'm hooked :)

Venus and wings
Pink floyd
Ziggy stardust
Queen
Queensryche
Red hots
and some Fleetwood Mac.

For all you lp and 8 track geezers, remember who sings this song?

Several small species of small furry animals gathered together in a cave and groovin with a pict.

Now that was good acid music.

After my divorce I got sucked into the phony country music because it tells everyones story and you relate with it. Took a year to get saved from the Abyss that I was falling into before my friends realized what was happening and took me to a few rock concerts and played endless loops of the Ozark Mountain Daredevils and some Stevie Ray Vaughen. Nothing against what most call country music but it plays on folks emotions for sales, not on artistic content. That's not country,Roy Orbison would not be proud.
