We've all probably ran into his posts at one time or another - between spouting off random references to economic principles, his posts lack any semblence of a discussion, and he regularly responding to posts with a bizarre and irrelevent collection of words , disrupting the conversation.

Blame it on a loss in translation (I assume he's french), blame it on drugs, blame in on the Banff complex - it doesn't matter. He's annoying.

Think about what you are proposing B.N. To give him any sort of recognition will only serve to inflate his self-importance, thus, it will be that much more difficult to be rid of him!
