I'm too new here and unfamiliar with the dude to vote, but labelling someone an "Anti-Canuck" is pretty harsh. If he's a dick or a mouthpiece then give him that medal, but calling a Canadian an "Anti-Canuck" on a Canuck-pride forum sounds an aweful like the Scarlett Letter or the Yellow Star.

Perhaps you should re-read his statement because he said he was disgusted with Canada as a country and vowed to NEVER raise the Canadian Flag Again.

That is 100% Anti-Canadian and in no way shape or form is a protest. He could say he was disgusted with Canada based on backing Israel up but he diddn't say that. He just plain and simply stated he was disgusted period with the country and diddn't want to be patriotic anymore.

He deserves this award, and if he is as un-patriotic and disgusted with Canada as he shows to be. Maybe he will even like having the award?
