The cost of inflation. We used to be able to give these medals out for just 5 nominations but economic factors being what they are we just can't afford to give out medals for anything less then 8 nominations.

Warnings are free though so feel free to take advantage of the program. They even come with air miles. I almost have enough air miles to make it to Mars.
