For people who consistently:

Fail to properly format their BBCode tags resulting in a post that's a mass of unclosed tags.

Put the name of the person they're quoting outside the quote so it becomes impossible to tell who said what in a pyramid of nested quotes.

Post links a thousand characters wide, stretching the posts beyond the confines of the screen, requiring one to scroll left and right back and forth to read anything - because they don't use the URL tag.

Otherwise generally fail to make legible posts as a result of inappropriate, bad, or nonexistent use of BBCode.
