I just finished this book, and I'm sure some of you have read it, but for those who haven't buy it. Buy it right now. Don't even finish reading this post, leave and buy it right now. I'll wait.







Got it? Good. Now read it. It's amazing. Why this isn't taught in highschool or university is beyond me, and frankly is sad.

I don't like revealing personal details over the internets, but I think this should be sufficiently vague.

Late 1970's, Bermuda. I was asked to hand deliver a message to an address and wait for a reply, which turned out to be Sir William Stephenson's estate. He was a fine gentleman and I am proud to have met him.

As a historical footnote, the Estate beside his was named 'Goldeneye'. Who lived there?
